How to claim my benefits

NOTE: BEFORE INITIATING A CLAIM,ENSURE YOU HAVE:

  • National ID-Front & back in PDF format
  • KRA PIN in PDF format
  • Exit letter in PDF format
  • Bank details- front side of ATM/ Bank Statement

 

  • Click on Claim Benefits menu,benefits Withdrawal page will appear

           

  • Click on Claim Benefits button, Security Check: Validation Token will appear.

           

  • Enter the SMS token received on your phone and email.

           

  • Validate token.
  • Once the token is verified, the system directs you to the claim benefits process which has  three sections.
  • Section 1 is Reason for exit:On the Confirm Details section, confirm your Personal Details are correct and correctly enter the requested fields. 

         

  • Attach your National ID, KRA PIN,ATM/ Bank Statement and Exit letter in PDF format. 
  • Once you have filled the details on the section 1, click the next button on your top right side. It opens the Section 2 window: Benefits Allocation Form.  

           

  • On the Benefits Portions section, Select the percentages from the Fund Category you want to access where applicable and also select the percentages for the Benefits Allocation Category where applicable. 
  •  On Confirm Bank Details section, enter the correct bank account(s) where your funds will be paid and click on the Next button which opens the third section: Section 3: Claim Verification and Submission Form.  

           

  • On the Upload Documents section, click on the Download Unsigned Claim Form button to download the form.   
  • Print and sign the claim form to acknowledge the content of the form. Scan the signed claim form as PDF and upload in on the Upload Signed Claim Form field and click submit claim.   
  • On the Claims Tracker table, select your recent claim and click on the Actions drop down menu.

           

  • On the drop-down menu, click view worksheet menu item to view your computation worksheet or cancel withdrawal to cancel your initiated withdrawal request.
