Click on My Profile menu
Your profile page will appear
Follow these steps to update your bank details:
- Select the Bank Details tab
- Click on the Add/Edit Bank Details button.
- Provide your information in the requested fields and download the form by clicking on the Download button.
- Print and sign the form to consent the changes you have made.
- Upload the scanned form as a PDF and click on the Submit Changes button to effect the changes.
- You will receive a notification email when your request has been reviewed.
To edit your beneficiaries details,
- select the Beneficiaries tab
- click on Add/Edit Beneficiaries Details button.
- Provide your information on the requested fields and click next
- Download the form by clicking on the Download button.
- Print and sign on the form to acknowledge the changes you have made.
- Upload the scanned form as a PDF and click on the Submit Changes button to effect the changes.
- You will receive a notification email when your request has been reviewed.
To upload your documents,
- select the Documents tab.
- Click on Upload Document button. A dialogue box will appear.
- Select the type of document to upload, give it a name, use the upload file field to upload your document in PDF format,
- Enter additional optional notes for the document
- Click on Upload & Save button.
